Deputy Manager - HR
We are recruiting for Deputy Manager HR for one of the International Bank based in Harrow. This is a Permanent position. Immediate position to start.1 JOB ROLE The postholder shall work as a HR Business Partner and be responsible for taking ownership of and managing the end-to-end HR activities for Bank. S/he will be the 1st point of contact for employee relations related matters including employee grievances as well as providing guidance to line managers on people related issues including but not restricted to absence management, performance management, succession planning, training and development. The incumbent shall provide inputs for development and implementation of HR policies and processes.JOB RESPONSIBILITY The management and administration of all personnel functions in the Bank including: but not limited to: recruitment and selection; terminations/dismissals; employee relation; remuneration and welfare; employment law; HR related compliance; employment legal documents; training and development; senior management mentoring; succession planning; morale and motivation; culture and attitudinal development; and performance appraisal management. To handle and manage ER issues of the Bank including: but not limited to: Grievances, PIP, Capability, Disciplinary process, Redundancy, ACAS/Tribunal, Flexible Working, etc. To manage the risks of the Bank in the areas of Personnel.
