Key ResponsibilitiesManage prospective buyers from initial enquiry through to reservation, exchange and completion.Conduct engaging in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the development, properties and surrounding lifestyle.Provide expert advice on available homes, pricing, incentives, specifications and current offers.Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional level of service throughout the purchasing journey.Proactively follow up enquiries and generate sales opportunities.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.Work closely with the wider sales and construction teams to ensure a smooth customer journey through to handover.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Ensure the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest possible standard.
