We''re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury company for a Client Concierge & Sales Support Executive. Working closely with the sales team, you''ll provide first-class administrative and client support, ensuring every bespoke experience runs seamlessly from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administration and client communications.
• Coordinate bespoke travel arrangements and manage itinerary changes.
• Deliver a concierge-style service to high-end clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Ensure exceptional attention to detail across every stage of the customer journey.

About You

• Experience in sales support, administration, customer service, travel, hospitality or a similar client-focused role is beneficial.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
