This established and exciting partner client has created this brand new opportunity for an experienced HR specialist to take ownership of all things systems, lifecycle, policy and process. A strategically involved People team, service levels are extremely high and as such, the business buys in to the team really well - you will be joining a super positive culture and the team which drives that.A highly analytical and reporting oriented role by nature - the devil is in the detail with this one; data, compliance and rock solid policy and process will all be led (and in some cases created) by this person so it''s a cracking role to make your mark.
