A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Air Quality Consultant to join its well-established team in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced air quality professional to step into a leadership role - managing complex projects, developing client relationships, and supporting junior colleagues while contributing to high-profile transport, infrastructure, and urban development schemes.

As a Senior Air Quality Consultant, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of technical projects, from air quality impact assessments and dispersion modelling through to compliance reporting. You''ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with developers, planners, and local authorities to provide practical, high-quality solutions.

• Lead and manage technical delivery of air quality assessments and modelling projects.

• Produce, review, and sign off professional reports and Environmental Statement (ES) chapters.

• Manage client accounts and support business development activities.

• Provide mentoring, training, and technical guidance to junior team members.

• Attend site visits, client meetings, and public inquiries as required.

• At least 4 years'' experience in air quality consultancy or regulatory work.

• Strong knowledge of ADMS, AERMOD, and IAQM/EPUK guidance.

• Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geography, or a related discipline.

• Chartered status (CEnv/IAQM) or working towards accreditation (preferred).

• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.

• Full UK driving licence.
