Your new role As the Compliance and Policy Advisor, you will take the lead in managing the company''s policy framework and wider compliance activity. Your role will consist of documentation ownership, advisory support and regulatory awareness.You will: Oversee all compliance and policy documentation and ensure they''re accurate, updated and stored correctly.Draft and update policies in line with business needs and regulatory updates, as well as monitoring regulatory changes.Manage scheduled reviews of policies and procedures and ensure updates are completed on timeTest and assess the effectiveness of the policies and proceduresHandle client compliance requestsSupport with accreditation maintenance Liaise with employees and internal departments at all levelsWhat you''ll need to succeed Previous experience working in a compliance roleStrong understanding of regulatory processes and how a regulator worksExperience drafting, reviewing and managing policies and proceduresExcellent communication and organisational skillsProactive, confident, good at problem-solvingIdeally, you will come from a construction background or a service-based organisation.What you''ll get in return You will receive an excellent salary of 35,000 depending on experience and will also receive a generous benefits package including ho
