Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join one of our East Midlands based clients on a full-time permanent basis

Daily duties of the Voids Supervisor:

• Be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective service
• Carry out site supervision of work in progress
• Liaise with all trade operatives, subcontractors and customers for the effective delivery of works
• Responsible for the planned void works
• Assist the planning of the overall labour and resource needed to deliver the work streams
• Inspect void properties when necessary

Essential requirements of the Voids Supervisor:

• Basic DBS (or willing to undertake)
• Hold a Full UK Driver''s License
