They have an excellent reputation for high standards on major commercial and residential developments across the town.As part of their expansion, they are creating a new opening for a Commercial Manager.Candidates are likely to be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with demonstrable experience working for a specialist sub-contractor in the high-end fit-out sector as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Commercial Management function. A minimum of five years'' Quantity Surveying experience in the fast-moving subcontracting field, ideally in fit-out or related areas like natural stone, is required.You should be highly ambitious, seeking recognition for your work and the autonomy to manage your projects effectively. Projects typically range from £20m to £100m, with multiple projects ongoing. You will manage an Estimator, Contract Administrator, and Project Surveyors, reporting directly to the board.Responsibilities:
