As Head of PMO, you will be responsible for providing a PMO service through formal leadership of the PMO team and maintaining relationships across the host Service Transformation team and the wider organisation. You will be expected to deliver PMO''s operational functions and develop the PMO to meet stakeholder needs. The role includes overseeing the coordination, governance, and visibility of priority portfolios, especially to support the Improvement and Financial Sustainability agendas, and monitoring interdependencies.You will need a thorough understanding of programme and project management and the ability to challenge robustly with a flexible approach. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate effectively. A strategic mindset combined with operational oversight is required.As a senior leader, you will have high autonomy, self-drive, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and provide direction. You should demonstrate effective leadership skills and resilience to deliver in a complex environment. You will champion improvements and model integrity, patient focus, and value-for-money behaviors to enable sustainable change.About us
