The Role of the Mechanical Project Manager:

As Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The company works across a varied project portfolio, including:

• Commercial and office fit-outs
• Refurbishment projects
• Education
• Healthcare
• Hotel & leisure
• Other high-value commercial projects

You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

Requirements of Mechanical Project Manager:

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial M&E projects with:

• Proven experience managing mechanical projects from start to finish
• A background in commercial fit-out, refurbishment or similar projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services
• Good commercial and contractual awareness
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project requirements
• A strong focus on quality, programme and safety
