Our client is a well-established, global manufacturing business specialising in high-quality coating solutions for industrial, construction and consumer applications. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and product excellence, they support customers across a wide range of industries worldwide.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join their team in Bicester. This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established international business, working within a supportive team environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, supporting the accurate handling, storage and dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
  • Receive and check incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control.
  • Ensure all products are stored correctly and safely within the warehouse.
  • Support general warehouse duties, including housekeeping and organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse systems (desirable).
  • Committed to health & safety and maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential), full training will be given.
Additional Information
  • Monday to Friday working hours (7:45am – 4:00pm)
