About Us:
Supply Staff is currently recruiting Severe SEN Tutors to support students across the London borough of Tower Hamlets. We are looking for experienced Severe SEN Tutors who are passionate about supporting children and young people with complex additional needs through personalised education.

Job Overview:
As a Severe SEN Tutor, you will provide one-to-one support for students with complex Special Educational Needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The ideal Severe SEN Tutor will have experience supporting students with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, PMLD, SLD, and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging one-to-one Severe SEN Tutor sessions
• Support students with complex SEN and communication needs
• Adapt lessons and learning approaches to individual EHCP targets
• Support emotional regulation, engagement, and confidence-building
• Build positive relationships with students and families

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting children or young people with complex SEN
• Experience working with EHCPs
• Strong behaviour management and emotional regulation skills
• DBS on the Update Service
• PGCE, QTS, or SEN specialist experience preferred
