What you''ll do: Partner with managers across the College to identify training needs and workforce development priorities. Design, coordinate and deliver learning and development initiatives that support organisational goals. Drive compliance with statutory, mandatory and role-specific training across the College. Maintain accurate training records and monitor engagement through the Learning Management System (LMS). Support the delivery of the College''s CPD strategy, working closely with curriculum and leadership teams. Coordinate cross-college induction programmes and support departmental onboarding processes.
