We are working in partnership with a global Energy provider. We are currently recruiting for a Client-Side Demolition Site Manager at Connahs Quay Power Station in Wales.

The Demolition Site Manager role comes with a rate of -600625 per day - INSIDE IR35. The successful candidate will have demolition experience and worked on a large-scale industrial site.
Key skills

• Lead site operations and manage the contractor to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of demolition works.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, including reviewing RAMS, overseeing waste management, and driving a zero-harm culture.
• Monitor and validate contractor performance, including progress, quality of work, and adherence to programme and specifications.
• Protect adjacent live infrastructure and coordinate site activities to minimise disruption to operational plant areas.
• Oversee contract administration, including payment verification, variations management, defect resolution, and reporting.
• Provide leadership to the site team, ensuring effective risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project close-out documentation.
