Morson are working with on of the UK''s leading aerospace manufacturers,this role will provide support to the RandT team at Burnley to execute the RandT projects.Projects in relation to composite manufacturing, sheet metal and assembly technologies. The role of the candidate could also include facilitating the execution of the plan.Role Requirements Participate in understanding the context of the projects and current challengesEvaluate and define a roadmap / plan to address current issuesBe able to present the development plan to the team and to experts for validationFacilitate the execution of the plan in a timely mannerHelp to track progress and help ensure that plans are being doneCoordinate the stakeholders and ensure relevant information is circulatedCapture decisions and actions, write meeting minutesReport findings.
