HR Business Partner - Change
We are supporting a South London organisation in their search for 2 x HR Business Partners to be part of the wider Transformation Team. This is a critical role providing a strategic interface between HR and OD supporting the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme. You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR and OD colleagues to provide high level HR support, coaching and influencing as well as challenging ways of working/behaviours to develop and implement future focused people strategies We are looking for HR Generalists (CIPD 7 equivalent) with strong experience in change management programmes including the full consultation process. To be considered, this experience must come from the Public Sector - ideally the NHS or Local Government. These role are offered on 12 month fixed term contracts and include hybrid working.
