Key Responsibilities Advising employers and trustees on a wide range of occupational pensions issues, including scheme governance, funding, and regulatory matters. Supporting corporate transactions on pensions aspects, including due diligence and risk mitigation. Advising on scheme changes, closures, wind-ups, and benefit restructurings. Drafting and reviewing pensions documentation, including deeds, rules, and member communications. Keeping clients informed on legislative and regulatory developments affecting pension schemes. Working collaboratively with colleagues across employment, corporate, and restructuring teams. About You Qualified Solicitor with 4-8 years'' PQE in pensions law.
