Support Worker LOCATION: Andover SALARY: £13.12 + Holiday pay or £14.70 Inclusive + £70 per sleep in DURATION: Temp to perm Hours: 37.5 hour per week or 22.5 hours per week (alternating week rota; Mon-Fri or Weds-Sun) (1 sleep in per week) Additional information: We are looking for a temporary Support Worker to join our team on a temp to perm basis, working with young people who are at risk of homeless or are facing homelessness. As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with other agencies around specific needs including mental health, substance misuse, benefits, private letting agents and landlords and/or others and exploring options around education, training and employment. You will need to write, review and update support plans and risk assessments and take a positive approach towards risk management.
