We''re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our B2B parts department. The Role As a Sales Administrator, you''ll be providing administrative support and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently. You''ll liaise daily with customers, suppliers, couriers, and hauliers, managing the full order process from quotation and sourcing through to delivery and after-sales support. Key Responsibilities Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Raising customer invoices and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly. Booking parts into stock and processing stock movements. Booking parts out for customer orders and dispatch. Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email. Preparing quotations and pricing information. Sourcing automotive parts from suppliers. Liaising with suppliers regarding availability, pricing and delivery schedules. Pacing any claims with suppliers Coordinating deliveries with couriers and hauliers. Monitoring outstanding orders and providing customers with delivery updates.
