The school caters to learners aged 7 to 19 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including those who have been excluded or suspended from mainstream settings.We are looking for a teacher who wants to take a more personalised approach to learning, wants smaller classes and branch out of the ''normal''. We need someone who is ready to say yes and give new experiences a go to help re-engage our learners with education.Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Science and Maths lessons tailored to SEMH learners. Manage challenging behaviours effectively with a positive and understanding approach. Support learners'' communication needs.
