This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running in the new year after a short induction before the holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out accurate stock condition surveys and record data in line with lifecycle and replacement cycles.Diagnose, specify, and order technical repair solutions.Undertake HHSRS assessments and identify Category 1 and 2 hazards.Report on Decent Homes non-compliance.Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external agencies.Work independently and manage a variable caseload.Essential Skills and ExperienceMinimum 1 year experience in stock condition surveys.Background in residential surveying/building maintenance.HNC/HND or equivalent in a building discipline OR 5 years hands-on trade experience.Strong knowledge of disrepair and housing standards.IT literate (MS Office).Full UK driving license (business mileage paid).Why Apply?Flexible working hours.Business mileage covered. - £28-32 per hour DOE Opportunity to make an immediate impact.Induction before Christmas ready to go in January!Interested?
