• Provide financial insights to assist with strategic decision-making.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Collaborate with operational teams to monitor and improve financial performance.
• Analyse variances and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• An ability to work collaboratively and drive financial performance improvements.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary between -60,000 and -70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
