Our client based on a busy Islington high street are looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 4 year''s experience to work in their upmarket office managing a portfolio of around 130 Properties. They have a great reputation and are well respected within the area. Do you have extensive knowledge of inventories, check in/out, deposit returns and processes within property management? If you have previous experience working with flixflo this would be an advantage. Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returnsDealing with contractor''s invoices to ensure paymentProviding a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer serviceAssisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or other PM tasksCo-operating with the Lettings TeamEnsuring portfolio compliance with all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR''s etc.Property inspectionsKnowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software an advantageHow to apply
