SEN Primary Teacher - Alternate SEN Primary ProvisionChertsey, SurreyStart Date: January 2026Day Rate: 180- 250 (dependent on experience)We are excited to be recruiting a passionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join a newly opened Alternate SEN Primary Provision in Chertsey, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a nurturing, inclusive learning environment from the ground up and make a real difference to the lives of children with additional needs.The Role:You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, tailored learning experiences to primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs. Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will help pupils achieve their full potential both academically and emotionally.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching to SEN pupilsPlan and assess learning using the Equals CurriculumMonitor and record pupil progress using Evidence for LearningSupport pupils in preparation for and understanding of SATS, where appropriateCreate a safe, structured, and positive learning environmentWork collaboratively with support staff, families, and external professionalsEssential Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Proven experience working with children with Special Educational NeedsStrong knowledge of the Equals CurriculumUnderstanding of SATS and assessment frameworksConfident use of Evidence for Learning to track and demonstrate progressA patient, adaptable, and child-cen
