In this fast-paced role, you''ll act as the key contact for both agency workers and client managers, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Here s what you can expect to be doing: Providing advice and guidance onsite to all levels of management and being the first point of contact for all candidate queries.Involvement in general HR issues and queries, supporting grievance and disciplinary meetings.Supporting absence management processes, Processing leavers and new starters associated paperwork.Attending weekly shop floor manager meetings.General administration duties, e.g., telephone answering, devising standard HR documents and letters etc. Handling and resolving candidate payroll queries.Building a long-term trusted relationship with the client and agency workersUnderstanding clients requirements and ensuring candidates have the relevant experience and are recruited within the required time frame.Induct, assess and onboard all successful candidates.Managing the full recruitment process: Placing and screening of adverts on relevant job boards and social media, conducting candidate interviews and assigning successful candidates to the ..... full job details .....
