The role centres around delivering large-scale, NEC-based projects, with a particular emphasis on the Defence, Education, and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take a lead role on a major Defence framework, managing several projects ranging from 50m to 1bn+.
