Halliday Marx have partnered with a rapidly expanding Education firm who are looking to hire an Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager on an interim basis for 12 months.Key responsibilitiesOwnership of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reportingPreparation and review of group consolidations, including intercompany eliminationsManagement of FX translations and foreign currency adjustments across the groupLead on acquisition accounting, including purchase price allocations and integration into group reportingSupport the production of statutory accounts and act as a key contact for external auditorsEnsure reporting is aligned with PE requirements, covenants, and investor expectationsReview and improve group accounting policies, controls, and reporting processesProvide technical accounting guidance to subsidiary finance teamsSupport ad-hoc projects related to growth, restructuring, or system/process improvementsNon negotiable RequirementsImmediately availableACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified3-5 years post-qualified experienceStrong background in group financial reporting with proven experience of: Group consolidations, FX translation and multi-currency environmentsAcquisition accountingExperience working in a PE-backed or Investor led environment
