As an Information Controller you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company''s documentation processes, ensuring all documents are properly stored, distributed, and easily accessible. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Maintain meticulous control over all construction-related documentation. Organise and manage document workflows, ensuring timely distribution and retrieval of documents. Implement and enforce company document management protocols and procedures. Communication liaison for the site teams, facilitating document handover processes. Manage virtual containers within the Common Data Environment (CDE) for document storage and retrieval. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. Provide support for Viewpoint for Projects and Dalux, ensuring their effective use by project teams. Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documentation. Train and support project team members, including supply chain partners, in document control processes and tools. Travel to site as required. Support wider Document Control team.
