SEND Deputy Head of Year - About the Role You will work closely with senior pastoral leaders and the SEND team to promote a culture of high expectations and ensure that students with additional needs are fully supported to achieve their potential. You will help develop inclusive practice across your year group, establish a SEND satellite hub, and maintain strong communication with parents and external agencies to deliver effective, personalised support.
