Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team and play a key role in securing future work. Role Overview: Based at our client''s head office, as an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for new build, refurbishment, and design and build projects on project values ranging from £500k to £10 million. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure competitive and commercially viable tenders are submitted. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of construction projects. Assess and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cost variations. Work collaboratively with commercial and pre-construction teams. Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives. Maintain and update cost databases and tendering resources. Attend client and project meetings as required. Prepare tenders from BandQ.
