Proactive Global is currently recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Stock Control Lead to join a busy and growing operation. This role will take ownership of inventory accuracy while leading and motivating a small warehouse team. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and senior leadership team to improve processes, investigate stock discrepancies and deliver measurable operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead, support and motivate a small warehouse team Manage cycle-counting activities and maintain accurate stock records Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock variances Identify the root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and leadership team Lead Gemba Walks and Kaizen activities Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and working practices Engage the wider warehouse team in continuous improvement initiatives Monitor stock and operational KPIs Report progress and highlight areas requiring further action Skills and Experience Required Strong stock control, inventory management and cycle-counting experience Previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment Experience leading or supervising a small operational team Good understanding of inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation Experience with continuous improvement methods, including Kaizen and Gemba Walks Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills Confidence working with ..... full job details .....
