The Statement of Work Centre of Excellence, within HMRC''s Commercial Directorate, supports better commercial outcomes across the end-to-end SOW lifecycle. Its work includes commercial assurance, improved processes and workflows, stronger data and management information, and capability building. This new role will manage and improve SoW data, reporting and insight, helping the organisation understand performance, risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. The postholder will act as the principal point of contact for SoW management information, identifying and developing the dashboards, reporting structures and data views needed to support operational and senior management decision-making. The role will also deliver improvements across the commercial elements of the SoW lifecycle, including the assurance intake and triage process.
