The firm is recognised as a leading force in the defendant personal injury sector, acting for prominent clients including major retail and commercial organisations. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and technically strong litigator to handle a varied caseload of complex, higher-value claims within a supportive and well-structured team environment. The Role You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of Employer''s Liability and Public Liability claims, typically multi-track and of significant value and complexity, from the commencement of litigation through to trial.
