Our client is currently seeking a Recruiter to join their dynamic Construction desk on a permanent basis. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment processes and supporting the team in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities: Utilise your strong administration skills to manage and update the database system accurately. Conduct interviews and screen new candidates via telephone and face-to-face, ensuring full registration and eligibility checks. Source candidates and manage job applications efficiently. Support Recruitment Consultants with bookings, account management, and daily administrative tasks. Maintain a professional telephone manner when calling clients to check in workers and conducting daily sales and spec calls. Book and attend client meetings, working towards sales and activity targets. Participate in out-of-hours call rota to ensure continuous support. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in administration with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Experience in sourcing candidates and managing job applications. Professional telephone manner and customer service skills.
