You''ll run a new permanent (and potentially temporary) desk across high street, office and commercial roles, using HRGO''s acclaimed software systems to win new business and deliver outstanding service.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the high street, office and commercial sectors.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and, where applicable, temporary roles.Source, screen and interview candidates to ensure an excellent match to client requirements.Advertise vacancies, manage applications and maintain accurate records on our systems.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment journey.Negotiate fees, salaries and offers to secure successful placements.
