Paralegal - Commercial Property - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCEAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy and well-established Commercial Property department.This role is ideally suited to someone currently working as a Paralegal, Legal Secretary, or Legal Assistant within a Commercial Property team in a law firm. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and a good working knowledge of commercial property support processes. You will play a key role in supporting fee earners by providing high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance to ensure an excellent client service.Key Responsibilities:Opening files and completing client due diligence proceduresPreparing correspondence and legal documentationConducting searches and liaising with the Land RegistryHandling telephone calls, liaising with clients and third parties, and dealing with routine enquiriesManaging diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutesCarrying out general administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, and filingEnsuring client matter files are accurately maintained and kept up to dateManaging key dates and reminder systemsFile closing and archivingAttending and contributing to team meetingsProviding general office support as required, including post handling, telephone cover, and client receptionThe Ideal Candidate Will Be:Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesEnthusiastic, proactive, and hardworkingAn ex
