Fitter

Location: Colchester
Salary: -31,500 + Overtime + Overnight Allowances + Attendance Bonus

We''re looking for a reliable Fitter to join a growing team installing a wide range of signage across the UK. This role involves regular travel and overnight stays (up to 3 days, approximately twice a month), with all accommodation, travel expenses and food allowances provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Install signage including post-mounted signs, hoardings, illuminated signs, fascias, cladding, vinyl graphics and shopfitting.
• Complete installations safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and company installation processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card essential
• Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
• Must be positive, self-motivated and customer-focused approach
• PASMA, IPAF, First Aid, Working at Height and CAT Scanner certifications would be beneficial
