Senior IFA Administrator - Wealth Management Location: North London Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm About the Role An established Wealth Management and Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice is looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join its friendly and established team. Working closely with Wealth Managers and Financial Planners, you will provide high-quality administrative and client support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the practice and the delivery of an excellent service to clients. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator or Wealth Management Administrator who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing their own workload in a busy, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Managing client correspondence, including emails and telephone enquiries, and directing queries to the appropriate Wealth Manager or Financial Planner. Supporting new business processing, including new client onboarding and liaising with clients, providers and other relevant parties. Adding and maintaining accurate client information on back-office systems. Recording fees, payments and other relevant financial information on internal systems.
