This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to build a stable, long-term role following an initial temporary period. The position is ideal for someone already working in care who is looking to add guaranteed, structured hours to their week, particularly early mornings, alongside an existing role. The focus of this package is stability and consistency. We are prioritising the right long-term fit for the client, with the opportunity for additional hours as the package evolves.
