Day to Day ResponsibilitiesResponsible for single service request co-ordinationCoordinating service requests (Critical Incident Stress Management Debriefs,wellbeing training, Mental Health and Suicide First Aid, Structured Professional Support)Taking ownership and responsibility for assigned cases in the first instance What you bring to the teamEnthusiastic and willing to learnAbility to prioritise and work unsupervised as requiredExcellent communication and written skillsAbility to provide great customer serviceGood listening skillsOpen minded and non-judgementalAbility to work to deadlinesAbility to work with telephony and IT systemsMS Office knowledge and experience Benefits25 days'' holiday, plus bank holida
