Our client specializes in high quality, ethically-made jewellery (Be-Spoke) with a focus on wedding and engagement pieces in diamonds. They are growing and looking for experienced Sales Advisors and Senior Sales Advisors for their London stores in Hatton Garden. You will be on the front line of the customer experience, engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the perfect piece of jewellery. You will build customer relationships, maintain product knowledge, and contribute toward meeting sales targets. There are opportunities for growth and ongoing luxury sales training.Base pay range

Welcome customers warmly, providing an inviting and professional experience from start to finish.Assist customers with product selection, tailoring recommendations to their personal style, occasion, and budget.Achieve individual sales targets by effectively closing sales and promoting additional services, such as resizing and customisations.Maintain thorough knowledge of collections and the craftsmanship behind each piece, enhancing the customer experience with product expertise.Foster long-term client relationships by following up post-purchase and encouraging repeat business.Support team operations by coordinating with colleagues on customer appointments, special requests, and any service-related inquiries.Collaborate with Lead Sales Advisors and Senior Sales Consultants to continuously improve customer interactions and store performance.Skills
Customer-focused mindset with a talent for understanding client needs and preferences.Strong sales and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on upselling and cross-selling.Organisational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-up activities.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within the jewellery or luxury retail sector.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build meaningful customer relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support colleagues.Seniority level
