My client, a premium fresh food branded restaurant and pub group, is seeking a Head Chef (or a strong Senior Sous ready to step up) for one of their busy venues in the Crewe area. This is a hands-on role in a fresh food kitchen, offering the chance to lead a brigade, drive standards, and develop your career within a growing group.
Weandrsquo;re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join a growing group of fresh premium dining venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous ready to take the next step.
This is a hands-on role in a busy fresh food kitchen, where youandrsquo;ll lead from the front andmdash; cooking alongside your brigade while driving high standards, consistency, and creativity.

About the Role
Lead and inspire your brigade in a fresh food, branded environment
Deliver consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining standards of safety, hygiene and organisation
Be hands-on and present on the pass, not just office-based
Develop junior chefs through training and mentoring
Work closely with senior management to control costs, GP, labour and budgets
Play an active part in menu development and innovation
