TIG Welder/ Fabricator£42k - £44k dependant on experience, based in DorsetThis is not a high-volume production role. This position offers opportunity for support, growth and progression for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesTIG welding and fabrication of exhaust systems, fuel tanks and associated componentsWorking from engineering drawings and specificationsProducing high-integrity welds to exacting standardsCollaborating closely with engineering and design teams on bespoke buildsMaintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and documentationSkills and ExperienceProven experience as a TIG Welder Fabricator in a precision engineering environmentStrong background in bespoke or prototype fabrication (not repetitive batch work)Experience working with thin-wall materials (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, exotic alloys)Ability to interpret detailed technical drawingsBackground in aerospace, motorsport, defence or high-performance engineering is highly desirableMeticulous attention to detail and pride in workmanship
