Customer Care Advisor

• Location : Bedford
• Salary 1-12 weeks : £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
• Full Time Salary : £33k - £36k pa +Team Bonus

We're hiring a Customer Care Advisor for a well-known high street furniture retailer.

Duties of role

• Handling incoming calls, emails & live chats.
• Provide effective & professional communications
• Resolve customer complaints & queries
• Update customers records & documentation
• Take control of customers issues from start to finish

About the person

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Confident and customer focussed
• Prior experience working towards KPIs

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday = 9am-8pm
• Saturday & Sunday = 9am-6pm
• Shift Pattern rotated on a 6-week rota
