The role involves assisting solicitors with a diverse multi-track caseload and managing your own MOJ portal caseload. Key responsibilities include: Taking client instructions Discussing funding options Interviewing clients and witnesses Coordinating medical appointments Reviewing medical records The most desirable candidates will possess academic qualifications in law (LPC is advantageous), experience of MOJ portal work, paralegal experience within personal injury, experience of fast track or multi-track matters and have a sound understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and protocols.
