Paralegal - Private Client DepartmentFull-Time Position We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Paralegal to join our Private Client Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop a long-term career in private client law and work closely with experienced practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Department with the administration of trusts and provide support to a returning solicitor across all aspects of private client work. We are particularly interested in candidates who are keen to progress their career and ultimately qualify as a solicitor specialising in private client law. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the administration and management of trusts.Supporting fee earners in all areas of private client work, including: WillsLasting Powers of AttorneyProbate and estate administrationTrusts and tax planningCourt of Protection matters Drafting correspondence and legal documents.Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties.Preparing files and documentation for meetings and transactions.Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.Undertaking legal research as required.Providing administrative support to the department to ensure the efficient progression of matters.
