Working with fresh, seasonal produce, you''ll take ownership of your section, maintain exceptional standards, and play a key role in delivering outstanding food. Previous Rosette experience is preferred, but chefs from other quality fresh food backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The Role Run your own section with confidence. Prepare and present high-quality dishes. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards. Assist with stock control and minimise food waste. What We''re Looking For Experience as a Chef de Partie. Previous Rosette experience preferred. Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.
