We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Sales Administrator to join a reputable car dealer group in Crawley. The Sales Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of the sales department through precise administration and effective communication.

Duties of the Sales Administrator:

• Processing vehicle orders, registrations, tax documentation, stock movements, transfers, dealer swaps, and handovers
• Liaising confidently with manufacturers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicles, stock lists, demonstrator fleets, and sales documentation across systems
• Producing reports, conducting file audits, supporting profit checks, and completing administrative housekeeping
• Managing purchase, stock, funding, and compliance activities for used vehicles
• Supporting the sales team with administrative duties to promote seamless operations across new, used, and corporate sales

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in motor trade administration, with a proven track record
• Experience in sales administration preferred; warranty or service administration considered
• Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to multiple tasks
• Confident communicator capable of liaising effectively with colleagues, manufacturers, and external partners
• Attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy
• Positive attitude with the ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with Kerridge or similar systems is advantageous
• A team player demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach
