Repairs SchedulerLocation: StratfordSector: Social HousingPay Rate: £19.49 per hour (Umbrella)Contract: Temporary, ongoing with potential for permanent opportunitiesAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Scheduler to join our client s busy Social Housing team based in Stratford.This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with previous experience in repairs scheduling, planning or administration within a social housing or property maintenance environment.You will play an important role in coordinating day-to-day repairs and maintenance works, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and tenants receive a high standard of customer service throughout the process.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate repair and maintenance appointments for operatives and contractors.Liaise with tenants, contractors and internal teams to ensure works are arranged and completed efficiently.Monitor repair jobs from initial booking through to completion.Maintain accurate records using scheduling and housing management systems.Respond to tenant enquiries and provide updates regarding repair appointments.Prioritise emergency and urgent repairs in line with service requirements.Ensure works are managed in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Resolve scheduling issues and provide excellent customer service.About YouEssential:Previous experience as a Repairs Scheduler, Planner, Coordinator or ..... full job details .....
