Duties:-

• Data-input-from-daily-sheets
• Liaising-with-customers-via-email-&-phone
• Arranging-worldwide-air,-sea-&-roadfreight-shipments-(both-imports-and- exports)
• Arranging-courier-shipments-from-UK-&-from-Northern-Ireland
• Creating-jobs-and-creating-pick-lists-to-give-to-warehouse
• Completing-jobs-ready-for-despatch
• Booking-transport-for-third-party-deliveries
• Speaking-/-emailing-with-ships-agents-to-get-ETA-&-ETD-of-vessels.

Required-Experience:-

• Air,-Road-and-Oceanfreight-knowledge
• Good-customer-service-skills
